Our volunteers are integral to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, while enjoying all the opportunities for learning, enrichment, networking, and fun that the conference offers.
Please click and read through the volunteer commitments before you consider signing up.
Next Steps & Important Details for our Volunteer Program
  1. Complete the online registration.
    • There is a $100 Volunteer Registration fee.
  1. Plan to attend one of the required Volunteer Orientation Meetings.
    • Monday, November 2nd at 12:00pm PT virtually. You will receive instructions on how to access the orientation closer to the date.
    • Monday, November 9th at 6:00pm PT at the Anaheim Marriott.
  1. Mark November 10 – 13th on your calendar.
    • Please plan accordingly for each day’s workshop schedule (times will be slightly different for exhibit hall volunteers):
      • Monday, November 9th – 6pm – Volunteer Orientation (if you aren’t attending virtually)
      • Tuesday, November 10th – 7:15am – 4:00pm
      • Wednesday, November 11th – 7:30am – 5:00pm
      • Thursday, November 12th – 7:30am – 5:00pm
      • Friday, November 13th – 7:30am – 12:00pm
  1. Make arrangements to arrive early each morning for our Volunteer Check-In Meeting.
    • Onsite Volunteer meetings will be at 7:15am on Tuesday, November 10th and 7:30am Wednesday, November 11th – Friday, November 13th.
