Want to be a part of making the Innovations Conference a great experience for all? Consider joining our Volunteer Team!

Our volunteers are integral to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, while enjoying all of the opportunities for learning, enrichment, networking, and fun that the conference offers.

Next Steps & Important Details for our Volunteer Program

1. Complete the online registration.

There is a $100 Volunteer Registration fee.

2. Plan to attend the Volunteer Orientation Meeting on Tuesday, October 7th.

We will have an in-person Volunteer Orientation at 6pm on October 7th at the Anaheim Marriott. This is required for any volunteer role.

3. Mark October 7 – 11th on your calendar.

Please plan accordingly for each day’s schedule:
  • Tuesday, October 7th – 6pm – Volunteer Orientation
  • Wednesday, October 8th – 7:30am – 6:00pm
  • Thursday, October 9th – 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday, October 10th – 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday, October 11th – 7:30am – 1:00pm

4. Make arrangements to arrive early each morning for our Volunteer Check-In Meeting.

Onsite Volunteer meetings will be at 7:30am each day.
