Registration, Add-ons & Workshop Selection

Absolutely! We know that not everyone’s schedule permits you to be with us all four days. You can select one day, two days, or three days during registration.

Groups can save 10% when registering together for the Full Four Day Pass. During registration, select “Add another attendee” on the registration summary page to continue adding to your group.

Join your colleagues to continue the time of connection and engagement with great education. Each meal event includes a meal (to be selected during registration) and a special address. If you select the VIP Pass, these will already be included in your registration.

You are welcome to modify your registration until it is closer to the conference by clicking on the ‘Already Registered’ link on our website and modifying your registration. One Innovations begins, you can change your workshop selections based on availability in the rooms. Please note that our workshops will likely fill up, so we recommend making your workshop selections during registration to ensure your seat. If you are attending virtually, you are welcome to make workshop changes at any time. Remember that there will be a replay option for all virtual workshops within the Innovations Attendee Hub. If you do change your in-person workshop selection, we ask that you reprint your badge, so the workshop number is reflected on your name badge.

Yes, the In-Person VIP Pass is available for purchase. This includes all four days of the conference, lunch keynotes on Thursday and Friday, attendance to the live recording of Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown podcast with dinner on Thursday night, and the evening comedy dinner event with Kellen Erskine on Friday night.

Anaheim Attendee Questions

Please print and bring your name badge with you. A few emails prior to Innovations will be sent with links to access your name badge and print (4x6 format). Once you arrive, you’ll pick up your name badge holder and lanyard.

You might also bring clothes to layer in the meeting rooms. Temperatures can vary throughout the hotel and conference center. 

Unfortunately, we cannot validate or subsidize parking costs. Parking at Anaheim Marriott is $38 for daily on-site parking and $48 for valet parking. We recommend checking out Spot Hero, LAZ Parking or Parkopedia for parking options around the area.

You will receive an email closer to the conference with a link to the full list of handouts. They will also be accessible within the Mobile App or Innovations Attendee Hub on each workshop page.

The Innovations Conference begins each day with coffee and Danish provided in a few locations throughout the Marriott hotel, including the exhibit hall. For lunch, there are food options within the Marriott and also lots of area restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Purchasing a VIP Pass will include lunch keynotes and evening events with food provided.

Yes! As an Anaheim attendee, you will have access to the virtual content for up to 14 days after Innovations. You will need to watch the presentations as they are being presented live in order to receive credit. To access the content, you can view the “All Sessions” section in the mobile app or Innovations Attendee Hub.

If you are attending a workshop that is also offered to the virtual audience, we encourage you to submit your questions through the mobile app so that the presenter has a comprehensive list.

The Q&A feature will only be available for questions relating to the content. Due to the large volume of attendees, please check to see if someone has already posed the question you want to be answered. If you see questions you like, click the “thumbs up” under the question. Keep in mind that there will be a large attendance and the speaker may only be able to answer a few questions. Not all sessions will contain Q&A.

Your Innovations registration will include access to the virtual workshop recordings for 14 days after the event has ended. You will need to watch the live presentations as they are being presented in order to receive live credit. 

As a conference attendee, you can also purchase the Innovations Complete Recording Package for an additional $299.99 to receive unlimited access to the recordings. This can be added by selecting ‘Already Registered’ on the Innovations home page to modify and add it to your registration. These recordings will be available about 4-6 weeks after the event. CE hours and approvals on products may differ from live CE approvals. Some credit approvals expire after a period and cannot be guaranteed for a lifetime. Since the self-study recordings include the same content as the live event, you cannot earn credit for both.   

If you can’t attend the conference at all, you can purchase the Innovations Complete Recording Packagefor $599.99. 

If the workshop is being offered virtually, you are welcome to log in and view the presentation virtually at the scheduled time. Note: you will not be able to add the workshop to your schedule in advance. It will be available 5 minutes prior to the start time.

We want you to experience Innovations to the fullest. When you arrive, you can pick up an onsite guide that will include the extra activities to enjoy during the event like morning yoga, evening dance parties, networking sessions, and more!

Available for purchase are lunch keynote events Thursday and Friday, Mayim Bialik’s live podcast recording with dinner on Thursday evening, and Friday evening’s dinner and comedy event with Kellen Erskine. You can purchase a registration with all of these included by registering for a VIP pass.

Yes! There will be an exhibit hall in the Anaheim Marriott and virtually for attendees to engage and participate in prizes and activities. The bookstore will be available in person and online as well.

Continuing Education

We will email each attendee a link to the evaluation for the live sessions after the event has ended. You will identify any of the live sessions that you watched as they were occurring live in-person, then evaluate the presentations to receive your CE certificate for those sessions. If you watch any live sessions virtually, you will need to complete the live virtual evaluation for those sessions. Some boards or professions may require post-tests. Click here for more CE details.

No, you do not need to attend all of the live sessions in order to earn CE credit for the ones you are able to attend live. You will be able to access your CE certificate after completing the evaluation of the live sessions you attended at the time of the live broadcast. Session 104, Bringing Your Authentic Self to Work taking place on Wednesday, October 8th from 9:30am - 2:30pm PT with Kirsten Lind Seal offers ethics credit. For full CE details, visit here.

Session 203, Treating Cultural and Racial Trauma with Somatic Practices, taking place on Thursday from 11:00am - 1:00pm PT with Chinwé Williams offers cultural competency credits. The Innovations Conference offers discounted rooms at the Anaheim Marriott until they fill up.

Innovations offer a risk-free cancellation. All cancellation requests will need to be submitted to Innovations@pesi.com.

Mobile App Technical Assistance

The PESI events app requires iOS 17 and higher or Android 12 and higher. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported.

Attendee Hub Technical Assistance

  • Please ensure your pop-up and/or ad-blockers are turned on during this event.  
  • Be sure to utilize a compatible internet browser and an updated operating system. See below for information. 
  • Restart your device. 
  • If you are connected to a VPN, disconnect as it may interfere with the connection.  
  • Refresh the screen and click play on the video screen.
  • Log out of the platform and log in again.
  • Check your internet connection. Ensure that you don’t have other applications or tabs open on your device. This can slow down your internet connection. Also ensure other devices aren’t using your internet connection.
  • Reduce the video quality by moving your mouse over the video player screen, hovering over the gear icon in the bottom right, and clicking Auto from the menu.

Operating Systems
Ensure that whether you’re utilizing Windows or a Mac computer, it is updated to the latest version of the operating system.

Internet Browsers
The Attendee Hub website is compatible with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox Quantum, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

  • Streaming requires a minimum of 10 Mbps of internet download speed in order to play without issue. Please click on this link to run a speed test to test your current Internet connection. If the speed test results are lower than 10 Mbps, you should contact your Internet Service Provider to troubleshoot. 
  • A wired connection is more stable, if you have the ability to connect. If you are utilizing a wireless connection, be as close to the router as possible.

You can complete a connection speed test by clicking here: Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test. We recommend a wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed for the best viewing experience.
