Our volunteers are integral to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, while enjoying all of the opportunities for learning, enrichment, networking, and fun that the conference offers.

Next Steps & Important Details for our Volunteer Program
1. Complete the online registration.
There is a $100 Volunteer Registration fee
2. Plan to attend the Volunteer Orientation Meeting on Wednesday, October 11th.
We will have an in-person Volunteer Orientation at 6pm on October 11th at the Anaheim Marriott. This is required for any volunteer role.
3. Mark October 12 – 15th on your calendar.
Please plan accordingly for each day’s schedule:
- Wednesday, October 11th – 6pm – Volunteer Orientation
- Thursday, October 12th – 7:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday, October 13th – 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday, October 14th – 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Sunday, October 15th – 7:30am – 1:00pm
4. Make arrangements to arrive early each morning for our Volunteer Check-In Meeting.
Onsite Volunteer meetings will be at 7:30am each day.
