Our volunteers are integral to ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible while also enjoying all of the opportunities for learning, enrichment, networking, and fun the conference offers.

Next Steps & Important Details for our Volunteer Program

1. Complete the online registration.

There is a $100 Volunteer Registration fee.

2. Plan to attend the Volunteer Orientation Meeting on Wednesday, October 3rd.

We will have an in-person Volunteer Orientation at 6pm PDT  on October 2nd at the Anaheim Marriott.  This is required for any volunteer role.

3. Mark October 3-6th on your calendar.

Please plan accordingly for each day’s schedule:

• Wednesday, October 2nd – 6pm PDT – Volunteer Orientation
• Thursday, October 3rd – 7:30am – 6:00pm PDT 
• Friday, October 4th – 7:30am – 5:00pm PDT 
• Saturday, October 5th – 7:30am – 5:00pm PDT 
• Sunday, October 6th – 7:30am – 1:00pm PDT 

4. Make arrangements to arrive early each morning for our Volunteer Check-In Meeting.

Onsite Volunteer meetings will be at 7:30am each day.
